FEATURE DESCRIPTION CORNER JET A is C-Frame line, an option to be considered when total mold accessibility is desired. This line is available with double shuttling platen and single or double injection unit. A new additional option packaged in the offer is high-end machines for TPE. This machine uses the most sophisticated technology on the market, and allows injecting 100 cc. of rubber in 1 second with a precision of 0.5 grams. The excellent frame dimensioning, the high quality of tool machining, the parallelism, the tender crare assembling, allow to obtain a high quality product with an excellent finishing. An hydraulic equipment fitted with proportional valves used with a completely electronic injection processing with a powerful PLC to control the machine processing, assures excellent possibilities of adjustment and of repeatability. With CORNER JET machine it is possible to produce every type of articles from molded corner, to sponge rubber articles, to silicone rubber pats. CORNER JET is used also to produce welded tubes,for radiators and for other equipments, where there is the necessity to produce overmolded pats or where a "C" clamping machine is needed.
